Prospect - Warfield

I recently viewed a few properties with Abi Heppner at the Warfield office and was very impressed with her knowledge of the building. She is extremely polite, punctual and has been super helpful throughout the whole process. A real asset to Prospect. Thanks again Abi!

Excellent customer service and very professional. We viewed 2 properties with Prospect in Warfield with the estate agent Abi Heppner. Abi was very knowledgeable about the local area and the property. She was positive , friendly and professional. The experience with Prospect has been very positive.

I had the pleasure of Max Ludlow being one of our agents and although i haven't brought a home yet i can say one thing for sure this company is very on it when it comes to helping you to find the right house. Max is one of the nicest agents I have ever met a very warm personality so understanding, very approachable and ready to help. In all honesty out of all the other agents I have met I feel I can really trust Max to find me and my husband our perfect first home.

It is quite simply that Paul Westmorland understood (not always the case with Estate Agents) my situation and complications in selling another property at the same time. He and his team were straightforward and polite without the fawning and 'frollicking'. There were not pretentions and the team were professional (but also human with an apt, polite sense of humour). I took the property off the market and then when again suiting my plans, asked Paul if they would put it on the market again. Superb and particularly Beth who was the Agent who dealt with the viewings and took the trouble to find out in detail exactly what the property was and its benefits (again, not always the case). Paul completed the sale with politeness but with a business like approach for both Parties and kept me up to date at all times. Having moved into a new property earlier this year, I decided I was not happy and asked the Warfield Prospect team for advice. We decided to market the property but I had to pull out even having had an offer. This is the difference because there was complete understanding and even empathy for my situation. The sale was handled by Beth and Abi (new I think but clearly already 'sharp' under Paul's direction and with assistance from the more experienced Beth...) and they were both, as usual, 'unfussy', straight to the point, and as you'd expect (but again not always with E.A.'s...) extremely professional. That this review is perhaps a little long is because over 3 years or so I have bought and sold 3 properties and geographically Prospect Warfield have not been involved in all transactions - but they have always made it their business to treat me as a most important customer and when you consider my property was far from the most expensive on their books, they have been totally superb at all times and Beth - and latterly Abi - deserve great credit under Paul's quiet, professional, and no 'flannel' or nonsense management. Thank you guys and when I come to sell again I won't be going anywhere else.

Great service, house viewing took place in warfield with Abigail Heppner Property Viewing Assistant. Thank you for the excellent service :-)

Amazing service, friendly and professional team special thanks to Abigail Heppner

Attended a few viewings with Abi during our house search and it was a great service. Abi was very welcoming, came to the viewings organised with lots of information on the property and was a pleasure to meet.

I highly recommend Prospect Estate Agents in Warfield, the contacts I have had have always been positive and the approach of the whole staff team has been very professional and welcoming. Abi was particularly helpful and informative which made house viewings far more productive and efficient.

I was very happy with Abi’s service when showing me several properties, she is professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you!

Abi and the rest of the team have been very helpful, friendly and informative when showing us around properties and handling our communication with sellers.
