Prospect - Warfield

It is quite simply that Paul Westmorland understood (not always the case with Estate Agents) my situation and complications in selling another property at the same time. He and his team were straightforward and polite without the fawning and 'frollicking'. There were not pretentions and the team were professional (but also human with an apt, polite sense of humour). I took the property off the market and then when again suiting my plans, asked Paul if they would put it on the market again. Superb and particularly Beth who was the Agent who dealt with the viewings and took the trouble to find out in detail exactly what the property was and its benefits (again, not always the case). Paul completed the sale with politeness but with a business like approach for both Parties and kept me up to date at all times. Having moved into a new property earlier this year, I decided I was not happy and asked the Warfield Prospect team for advice. We decided to market the property but I had to pull out even having had an offer. This is the difference because there was complete understanding and even empathy for my situation. The sale was handled by Beth and Abi (new I think but clearly already 'sharp' under Paul's direction and with assistance from the more experienced Beth...) and they were both, as usual, 'unfussy', straight to the point, and as you'd expect (but again not always with E.A.'s...) extremely professional. That this review is perhaps a little long is because over 3 years or so I have bought and sold 3 properties and geographically Prospect Warfield have not been involved in all transactions - but they have always made it their business to treat me as a most important customer and when you consider my property was far from the most expensive on their books, they have been totally superb at all times and Beth - and latterly Abi - deserve great credit under Paul's quiet, professional, and no 'flannel' or nonsense management. Thank you guys and when I come to sell again I won't be going anywhere else.
