Having let property on and off over the last 20 years and had indifferent experiences, I have been very pleased and impressed with Prospects since I have been allotted Becky Baxter as my property liaison manager. She has proved to be all I expect in a letting agent which is, efficient, prompt, polite and courteous with excellent attention to detail. Without doubt the best property liaison manager I have had whilst being with Prospects over the last 15 years.

We recently sold our house with Prospect a week after putting it on the market and achieved full asking price. Prospect have been extremely efficient and on the ball! They answer your calls promptly and always get back to you as soon as possible. Would recommend the lettings agents without hesitation, Our property manager Beckie has been very much on top of things whether managing contractors/works at the property, dealing with the tenant & keeping them informed or communicating with us she has really gone above and beyond.
