I was worried to start with as I wasn’t getting any feedback from viewings when selling with prospect, I was just getting we’ve chased feedback however I honestly now believe this was people not getting back to prospect and nothing other than that. We managed to get our house sold in the middle of the pandemic, for close to the asking price. Then that’s where prospect really stepped up their game. Unfortunately despite many reviews I went with a shocking solicitor firm for our move, however prospect, namely Aimee Smith really got on top of things quickly chasing everything and if it wasn’t for her I’m sure the sale and onward purchase would have fallen through. Aimee really is a credit to the team and I honestly couldn’t fault the process with prospect, they were amazing throughout!
