Prospect - Bracknell

Would recommend the lettings agents without hesitation, Our property manager Beckie has been very much on top of things whether managing contractors/works at the property, dealing with the tenant & keeping them informed or communicating with us she has really gone above and beyond. Would definitely recommend them to other landlords.

Since recently renting a property through Prospect's Bracknell branch I have been assigned Beckie Baxter as the property manager. Beckie always responds quickly to any queries and her manner is polite, professional and efficient.

My husband and I purchased our house through prospect recently and can't quite put into words how brilliant the service was. Mark Horn saw the sale through from start to finish and was outstanding. He went above and beyond at a time that was very stressful for my family, we cannot thank him enough. The service we received was of a high standard, they really have set the bar for competitors in the area. It has been our absolute pleasure to purchase from prospect, Mark's efficiency and professionalism was second to none.

I give 10/10 to prospect Estate Agents just because of 5 star people they have. My property Manager “ Hazel Sims” is a star who has always helped in sorting out things very quickly and genuinely. People like her makes us loyal to any company.

Luke Richardson Was very helpful during our property purchase. He assisted with all queries though it was not part of his role & responsibilities. He is proactive & responsive all the time. He & Ruth made sure our transaction got completed smoothly.

We have been renting our home for some time with Prospect and over the years it wasn't always clear who our point of contact was. Recently our contact, for any issues changed to Beckie (Bracknell branch), she emailed us and introduced herself letting us know this. We recently got in contact with her regarding an issue and she was very friendly, swift and professional with her approach and response. Very glad to be dealing with Beckie, should the need arise in the future. Thank you
