Already very quick and responsive to any issues that crop up with the property. Beckie is a great property manager for us and always keeps in contact when needed! Recently had something that needed fixing and Beckie was in regular contact during, and out of, regular working hours even on days when there had not been huge developments just letting us know we hadn’t been forgotten. Really takes off stress of dealing with property repairs to not have to chase constantly for updates.

Beckie Baxter is a brilliant Property Manager. Responds to emails and requests very promptly and nothing is too much trouble. She has managed to help resolve an issue which previously had been going on for 8 months with a different Property Manager without movement to now a complete solution which should be sorted shortly. Prospect could definitely be successful with allowing Beckie to train new Property Managers.
