Kodie is an asset to the Prospect Team in Bracknell! Not only does she respond promptly almost every time I need to contact her, she also shows an understanding towards how the few different issues (maintenance) impact me in an emotional and psychological manner. I have several diagnoses which can affect my daily living and independence so not feeling judged and having difficulties acknowledged / issues resolved as promptly as possible is a need for me. Kodie always liaises with the Landlord and tries to ensure that I'm kept in the loop, where I can be. She always takes the time to answer any questions or concerns I have and reassures me that she, (and the agency) are there should anything be needed. Had 4 viewings with Rachel this evening and she made the experience really painless, very patient, not in your face or pushy but also there enough to guide us around. Of all the agents we have used recently Rachel and Prospect have left us feeling at most ease and comfortable continuing our purchasing journey. Harry from the Prospect team was always very helpful throughout the purchase of our house. Always responded quickly to emails and was a great help at getting us in contact with mortgage advisors and solicitors when they were taking a while to respond. Also during our time purchasing a house, our landlord was selling our flat using prospect. Harry was always good about giving us plenty of notice about viewings and making sure they fit a time that worked for us.
