The house sold quickly and I felt that my interests were represented well. Although I was only in a short chain there were inevitably some problems. TL;DR: full asking price quickly with Prospect, where 3 other agents had failed to even find an offer for the property. * * * * The team at Prospect, and our main contact Adam in particular, have been spectacular. They've been the best estate agents we've ever worked with. They'll probably be the best estates we will ever work with in our lives. Absolutely exceptional at every stage - from sales and marketing to transaction support. The day we completed, as I was driving to pick up the keys to our onward purchase, I was thinking about how good they were and how I was going to express that in this review, and I started to get misty-eyed. Twice. They were THAT good. Here are some of the cold hard facts: Prior to engaging Prospect, we'd been on and off the market for the prior 2 years. In that time, we had been listed with 3 separate agents, and had spent a cumulative 12 months on the market. First viewings were sporadic, second viewings almost unheard of, no offers whatsoever. In just 1 month on the market with Prospect, we'd had more viewings than in all the time on the market with other agents put together. We ended up with not just one but four - four! - very credible prospective buyers making offers, with a modest bidding war erupting to drive up a couple of initially low-ball offers. We ended up choosing between a set of very good offers, and sold for full asking price to a lovely buyer. I believe the extremely different outcome with Prospect came down to two main factors: first, Prospect's marketing - all agents we'd work with did good photos and write-up, but theirs had the edge, for sure, the place looked gorgeous on the listing. And second, their very proactive and professional sales machine. Ours was (unfortunately) not a property that sold easily straight off a Rightmove listing (no matter how good the photos looked!) - it was a more niche buy for the right buyer. And Prospect did a terrific job in working proactively to find the right kinds of buyers to view the property - even from the first weekend of viewings it was clear that the people coming through the door were far more serious prospects to purchase than the typical viewings we'd had with other agents, which tended to be much more casual, much less well-suited. Everyone who came through the door when listing with Prospect were very qualified and very interested prospective buyers, and we ultimately received multiple offers. But perhaps even more than all of that was the outstanding post-offer support we received. The "solicitors" phase of the transaction was fraught with challenge, and support from the Prospect team and Adam in particular was crucial to getting the deal over the line. Above and beyond the call of duty throughout. Without that incredible support, I'm quite sure the deal would have fallen apart. We couldn't be more thankful for everything, at every stage. We are hugely relieved to have finally sold the property, delighted with the price achieved in the sale, and really enjoying our new life in our new home. We will be forever grateful. Thank you.

I purchased a property which was listed with them, very attentive and professional individuals to deal with and once I made the completion I asked them to rent it for me. Harry and his team are exceptional they managed to find a suitable tenant and let it within 2 weeks. So far so good!
