Always good dealing with Kenny who kept optimism in the stress of house sale. Prospect offers realistic evaluation (unlike others) and gets the price. Rather high on commission but get what you pay for with patience.

The house sold quickly and I felt that my interests were represented well. Although I was only in a short chain there were inevitably some problems.
