The Depositary is excellent, genius, idea that has allowed us the ability to more successfully support tenants to conclude tenancies, negotiate any necessary end of tenancy deductions making the process far less ardious and provides us with an excellent, traceable, way of putting forward dedductions in the case of a dispute.
