Prospect - Bracknell

Sonam provides me an excellent service

I can’t thank Oliver Rice enough for all his help throughout the process. From the very beginning, he was professional, friendly, and always happy to answer our questions. He made everything so easy and stress-free, keeping us updated every step of the way and making sure everything went smoothly. Oliver went above and beyond to help us find the right property, and his excellent communication and dedication really stood out. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for him. I would highly recommend Oliver Rice to anyone looking to rent or buy a property. Thank you again for all your hard work and support—we really appreciate everything you’ve done for us!

I have only positive feedback for Prospect Estate Agents. I would particularly like to thank Amilcar for his efficient and proactive support over the past week or so. Having had my flat on the rental market for around three months with a separate agent and no success in securing a tenant, I decided to switch to Prospect. Amilcar collected the keys, arranged the professional photographs and advertisement, as well as completing a viewing within one day of terms of business being signed. Within one week, everything was completed and I had a tenant move in! This was an unprecedented turnaround and I cannot thank Amilcar enough. I would highly recommend Prospect to any other landlords for their organised and speedy approach. 10/10 experience with Prospect so far!

Amy Ingle has been extremely helpful and has maintained incredible customer service and communication throughout the process of my property search.

I instructed Prospect to market my apartment. I was impressed from the outset with the whole process which was not always straightforward (through no fault of Prospect) ……..The team always stepped up to resolve the issues and I was very impressed with their communication and availability. The professionalism shown from the lovely front of house staff through to the sales team, especially Harry, Davina, Paul and Ricky was truly impressive.I have no hesitation in recommending Prospect Bracknell.
