The service from Sarah Mayson was first class. She is very proactive and nothing is too much trouble. If felt like it was her own property she was managing. Great experience from marketing through to contract completion. Would highly recommend.

I have dealt with FH on a find tenant only basis and always dealt with Sarah Mayson. I have always been happy with the tenants they have secured for me and Sarah goes the extra mile with communication and paperwork. Nothing has been to much trouble and she always responds to emails and messages. If you’re a landlord looking for an agency to let out your property in Cleveleys or this area I highly recommend contacting Sarah to discuss FH services. I may even consider a managed contract in the future as I have been very impressed with tenant find only.

We have used Nick for mortgage advice for the purchase of our new home. Right from the very first phone call Nick has been nothing but professional, responsive and patient! He gave us great advice, found the perfect mortgage to suit our needs and to avoid paying a penalty on our current mortgage. He has been at the end of the phone day/night and weekends and answered every question we have had. He could not have made this process easier for us given that we made the stressful choice to move during a global pandemic! We would definitely use Nick again and highly recommend him.

I, along with my daughters and husband, have recently relocated to the UK and finding the perfect home to settle into can be a bit daunting. After I contacted several agencies who either simply didn’t respond or casually told me “there’s nothing available” without seeing how they could help further, I was very relieved when I called Farrell Hayworth. Not only was I greeted by a friendly voice but by agents who were willing to help me. Sophie Parker and Sarah Mayson in the lettings department were friendly, professional and extremely helpful.
