Simon the branch manager is absolutely brilliant, he is on the ball, extremely personable, fair, honest, and brilliant at ironing out any problems along the way. I totally admire a branch manager who still goes out to see customers. Every business needs a Simon as a manager. He is a credit to Farrell Heyworth.
