As first time buyers we needed a lot of support and guidance through this process, Nick gave us this in abundance- always on the end of the phone to answer queries day and night - super responsive and professional throughout and completely honest with his advice which we both valued incredibly. As a result of this, the process was made so much easier and our worries eased. I would highly recommend Nick and be using him for future. Thanks

After deciding to relocate from London, to the Fylde Coast, I was surprised at how difficult it was to find a rental property. As a result of the COVID19 situation, many of the rental agents required you to make appointments, which I was not aware of prior to driving 270 miles to Blackpool for a few days in order to register with some of the key agents When I turned up at the Farrell Heyworth office in Cleveleys though, the staff were really helpful. We were seen by a lady called Sarah Mayson, who couldn't do enough to help us. Sarah listened to what we were looking for and immediately had a property in mind. Later that day she contacted us to advise of another property that had just come on her listings. We drove over to look at it from the outside and it looked perfect. We advised Sarah that we were keen on the property but only had a few days to sort everything out. That didn't seem to be a problem for Sarah though and she kept in touch every day when we returned to London. We have now seen inside the house after another visit to Blackpool and are currently in the process of being approved. With a bit of luck we will be moving to the Fylde Coast in a few weeks. We can't thank Sarah enough for helping us find a great house and making the whole process a lot easier for us.

Couldn't recommend Nick Gregson highly enough. He made the whole mortgage process as easy as it could be and kept us promptly informed at every stage. He explained everything really clearly and there were no hidden costs at any stage. He was friendly and very professional and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone! Thanks again Nick!

I was really pleased with the service we received from Nick Gregson. We put our house up for sale and sold it in 2 days. We initially panicked as we hadn’t sorted our morgage. It was more complicated as we are foster carers so not all morgage providers will lend. Plus due to my husbands age he couldn’t be included in the morgage. Nick supported us through the process which made it far easier. It was the first time I had needed advice for a morgage as last time I just went to our usual building society. It was more difficult this time as they did not lend to foster carers. Nick made the process far easier with the added bonus that we have now moved to the house we wanted when we initially put our house up for sale. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nick. Very approachable and professional in his approach. Thank you Nick
