In the past 14 months I've been hunting for my first dream home. I can not describe how many agents and agencies I faced and spoke with. Some of the big agencies even shame to name or describe their work. I want to say that this agency and one agent in particular @Michael Chu is incredibly professional from top till bottom. Quick for response, pushing through and does not do an extra mile but extra 10,000 miles for his clients and really makes this experience extremely pleasant. I honestly can not think of a single agency who is delivering such service and consistency. We bought a house with Adam as our agent and from start to finish, it was superb! He helped follow up a lot of queries for our Solicitors (even on his day off!) and kept us regularly updated.
