First Class Agent

Sale of property

Very knowledgable, hard working, helpful & trustworthy - always on your side throughout the process
Enfields had the property online, with great pictures, within a couple of hours and then sold it very quickly. Unfortunately, my conveyancer was utterly inept but I can’t stress enough how on the ball Kevin (Bitterne branch) was. He never stopped liaising with and actively chasing the various parties in the chain and keeping the momentum up. I think we’d still be sorting it all out now with a lesser agent. It’s when you have problems you need someone good at their job - Kevin was superb. I won’t use anyone else now and would strongly recommend him/Enfields (Bitterne) to anyone. Thanks

Excellent customer service!
Within the last 18 months have bought a house via Enfields, let that house via Enfields, are in the process of letting a flat through them & will not hesitate to put any future lets through them or to sell with Enfields. Their customer service has been amazing throughout, always receive viewing feedback, they are always available to speak to & are always professional & friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Fantastic estate agent
If I could rate Kevin and his team at bitterne enfields 100 stars I would! Having to all my house was stressful and they made it a much easier calmer process. I was always kept up to date and nothing was ever too much, way beyond expectations. I have used this team twice now for both buying and selling and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Excellent Service from a great team
I couldn't have found a better agent than Kevin and his team. They are all extremely professional and have delivered an excellent service. They actually do what they say they will, with a friendly, positive,, realistic approach.. I always felt I was kept informed and nothing was too much trouble.

Enfields were spot one with my sale
From start to finish they have always kept me informed and have always been polite and professional,my sale fell through and they were on it straight away and sold it the very next day with a clean sale. It was easier than doing it on line because they do all the viewings and deal with all the hassle for just a tad more money. Big thanks to the bitterne branch.
