Sale of my Property
I have been really impressed with Enfields and all the staff throughout the sale of my property, particularly Kevin. He has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process, kept me well informed at all times and has always been extremely friendly and available on the phone at all times, or called me back very promptly. Very impressed and I would recommend Kevin and Enfields to anyone. Thanks for all your help and patience!

Outstanding - professional, local experts & informed.
Enfields estate agents in Bitterne have outstanding from the day they carried out a detailed valuation survey right through to exchange/completion of contracts. The team led by Kevin Ashley, are great. Adam, Daryl, Rio and Kevin himself are quite simply the most professional, honest and hardworking individuals I have come across in this estate agency profession. They are the absolute best in the local market and I would highly recommend to use them to anyone who wants to deal with an estate agent who are not aggressively pushy to the point that gives estate agents a bad name in the market place. If you want results, use Enfields - thankyou for making what's often classed as the 2nd most stressful life experience a positive one!

Kevin and his team are fantastic!
It was initially Sam, who we met on a property viewing, that attracted us to Enfields to sell our own property. Sam and all staff are friendly, professional and nothing is ever too much to ask. Several viewings commented on the amazing standard of the photographs and how the property was well reflected and well advertised. We thank Darryl for that bit! Finally, Kevin is the most patient, hard working and professional estate agent that we have had the pleasure to come across. He not only kept us continuously up to date with all aspects of the sale, but he enabled us to remain somewhat calm through a very stressful time of selling and buying another property. Hats off to the fantastic team at Enfields Bitterne! We highly recommend Enfields to anyone is planning to sell/let their properties. Thank you Kevin and Team.

Friendly, honest, highly recommended
From the moment Daryl arrived to value the property, right through to the sale and completion, I could not have been in better hands! Total honesty, kindness and incredible patience and helpfulness, I would thoroughly recommend Kevin and the team for anyone selling a property! I've been kept updated throughout the process, with no false promises given; and if I've needed help and advice (with the sale or with my onward move) each time I've picked up the phone, nothing has been too much trouble. I cannot recommend Enfields strongly enough - I've experienced none of the typical pushiness from any of the team at any time, and although the process has been fairly drawn out with my sale (entirely circumstantial - these guys have definitely earned their money!) I would never have thought for a minute about asking another estate agent to handle my sale.

Fantastic friendly service
We have had quite a long drawn out period buying our property but they stuck with us, all the members of staff we dealt with were brilliant. We dealt with Kevin mostly and he was absolutely fab couldn't praise him more!! He was chasing things up and giving us regular updates even if there wasn't much to report. He was always easy to contact and always very willing to help out with anything. Very good experience with Enfields!

Enfields were Top Notch in exceptionally poor circumstances
Enfields were the agent handling the flat we have purchased. Sam showed us around the flat on more than one occasion and was always friendly and professional. Then the fun began. The vendor’s solicitor has to be the most unprofessional on the planet. Kevin, and on occasion Adam had the unenviable job of chasing up the vendor and his solicitor over a period of 5 months... yes; you read that right, 5 MONTHS, and then report back to us. I cannot fault Enfields who were brilliant throughout. A special mention has to go to Kevin who had the most contact with the vendor and his solicitor (when he could get hold of the solicitor). He was positive and bubbly throughout but had great sympathy for what we were going through. I think the whole thing may well have fallen through if it wasn’t for his efforts. He made an unbearable experience more bearable for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Enfields if we wanted to move again. I hope it’s some time before we do though.

Extremely helpful and trustworthy.
Although we did not sell through Enfields this was perhaps a mistake and if in the future we needed to sell we would use the Bitterne branch without hesitation. They helped us with a few issues we had and could not be more helpful .
