The Best Estate Agent!
I highly recommend Enfields in Bitterne. We have just completed on our first house and Kevin has been amazing with us. As first time buyers, we were unsure of how long everything would take or what the process was. Kevin has been so helpful in keeping in contact with us and updating us on what was happening. Thank you to Rio who showed us around our house and Daryl who showed us around another house whilst we were waiting to find out if our offer had been accepted. After viewing a few properties and experiencing Estate Agents who didn't make an effort to show us around a place and were then pushy in asking us to make an offer, it was lovely to have Rio and Daryl show a genuine interest in what we were really looking for, If we move again, we will definitely be in contact with Kevin and his team!

Great communication
We have sold our house and brought 2 houses through Enfield so. They have been great through the whole process, always kept us up to date with the process and worked so hard communicating with the solicitors to get this through for us. Would definitely recommend and use them again! Kevin and the team are all so friendly and genually happy to help with anything.

Good communication and very diligent
The whole process, from arranging viewings to exchanging on the property, has been dealt with brilliantly by the team at Enfields. Rio did a great job of showing off the property, allowing us to see the property on our own terms. During the offer processes onwards, we communicated predominantly with Kevin. Via Kevin, communication with the seller, regarding fixtures and fittings, exchange date, etc., was simple and quick. I can't praise Kevin and his team enough for how they kept us in the loop as first time buyers, took us through the whole process, and fielded different requests. They have all been patient and easy to work with. I would recommend using this branch.

Excellent!

Excellent service
Just purchased a house via Enfields & their overall service was excellent throughout. Daryl, Adam & Rio met us for viewings & were all polite & knowledgeable & Kevin chased the purchase through to exchange & completion; always available to speak with / email & was very helpful & understanding.

Fantastic Service
I personally cannot thank the staff and Kevin in particular enough for their invaluable support and guidance throughout the protracted purchase of my home. Even though I was just the buyer, I always felt that my interests were taken into account as much as the seller's. I was always kept updated by Kevin throughout the process, even when nothing seemed to be happening!! and his help with non-helpful solicitors was more than appreciated.. I have been in contact with various Estate and Lettings agents throughout the years, but this is the first time I will actually recommend one.

Excellent Agent
After having to sell my house sooner than expected, Kevin and his team were very helpful. They were quick to come out and valuate the house. They kept us up todate with viewings. When an offer was put on the house, Kevin kept us up to date with the sale and was very helpful when there was problems on the way. I would recommend Kevin and his team. Thank you very much! Fantastic service. Made selling our house hassle free.
A great sense of urgency from the moment we made contact. Professionally handled from taking the first photos through to completion. Adam and Kevin have been really key to us being able to sell so quickly, get a good price for our property and feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Constant communication, updates, and chasing 3rd parties when needed. Enfields Bitterne are really all about their customers and couldn't do enough to help. High quality advice and recommendations made us feel we were in good hands the whole time. A first class service handled by professional and friendly Agents who care about what's best for their clients. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move house. Excellent Estate Agent
