Excellent service selling my property, friendly and very efficient

Organised, professional and friendly
From start to finish we were so impressed with everyone at Enfields. It was clear that they understood the area we were selling in, and the house was sold within days. They kept in touch and helped keep anxiety at bay throughout, and we never had to chase them for information. We can't recommend them highly enough, they were fantastic.

Outstanding team and service
We couldn't have asked for a better service from Kevin and the whole team at Enfields. They were clear and honest from the start about their plan for selling our flat and called us weekly with updates about how the sale was progressing. We also really appreciated having mortgage advice from Natalie in the same office, whose team also kept us updated weekly about our purchase. Throughout what could have been a very stressful process, Enfields went above and beyond to keep us well-informed and ensured that everything kept moving forwards. We cannot fault their quality, professionalism and friendly service. We would highly recommend Enfields to anyone.

Outstanding throughout!
Kevin and his team were both professional and helpful throughout. I found the level of communication a real benefit as I was buying from out of town so couldn't be about 24/7 They really helped me no end with viewings and chasing the seller. would 100% recommend and will be using in the future myself. Highly recommended!
Would like to say a massive thank you to everyone at Enfields Bitterne. All of the team have been amazing especially Daryl and Kevin who we have dealt with the most. It's always a friendly atmosphere when you go in the branch and everybody is always willing to help. From the minute we said we wanted to use their services they have been informative and helpful throughout the whole process. Kevin was always in the office to answer any queries which was great.
