Amazing service

We've just completed with Charles Carr and can honestly say that I would use them again in a heartbeat. Shane sold us the house and kept is informed all the way through and got us over the asking price through his excellent negotiations! What I love about Charles Carr is that they realise people who have the skill set to sell should be able to do just that and not be tied up with the admin at the back end. Therefore they allocated a post sales person to manage and chase up any queries to get you through the sale. Louise was amazing in following up and keeping us informed. It wasn't an easy process as there were issues in the chain. However, she chased and without her we probably wouldn't have ended up in this position. Well done to Charles Carr and louise and Shane in particular.
