Supportive, Professional and Friendly
The staff here are a friendly team who work well together. The fine line between being our estate agent and the sellers agent was appropriately walked with knowledge support and professionalism. We have had boundary issues so the sell has been protracted over months and yet we have had a consistent high standard of service. Thank you really pleased.

Excellent Agent-Sam Brooks
I had a very good experience with Charles Carr Agent in my house buying process. Sam is a very efficient, experienced, professional and smart guy whom the company should be proud of. I would say he is a valuable asset to the company. He works not only for the side of the seller but also for the buyer, that could finally give a win-win solution for all parties involved. His attitude towards the buyer is free from prejudice, that I really appreciated. Start to finish, he is very helpful, approachable, proficient and quick in action. I have felt that he is also working for us, not only for the seller, and therefore, he got our trust throughout the process, and this finally lead to the successful completion of the process in a reasonable timeframe. Louise is also a hardworking staff whom I should have given credit to. Many thanks, Sam and Louise!

Fantastic seller!
Tim was a highly knowledgeable and enthusiastic sales rep for our flat, capitalising on his sale of a flat next door to sell our flat within a week at more than we expected! Given we were first time sellers, he offered as much advice and explanation to the processes as we asked for. Would definitely recommend!

Over joyed!
Went into Charles Carr today as I work very close to them. I went into the bitterne branch as a first time buyer looking to purchase my first property they suggested a mortgage advisor to me who has been absolutely amazing! Over joyed with my experience with Charles Carr will defiantly be buying and selling with them in the future! Thank you team!

Your always happy to help with whatever we needed
I've had no problems with your company and Alia who has been my main point of contact, Always happy to help me and gave good advice. Only point to work on is that we made it clear quite early on what our max price would be but still got a few recommended properties that were way above that. Not enough to deduct a star for though.

Outstanding service
We were extremely impressed with Tim Gould's professionalism and enthusiasm for selling properties. As new sellers we found our questions were listened to and we felt able to ask anything we needed during the process. We especially appreciated the 'non-pushy' approach that was taken. The photographs and description of our property were great and we sold within 3 days at higher than asking price. We would recommend Tim and Charles Carr to anyone thinking about selling their home.
