Exceptional Service - Couldn't have asked for more
From start to finish, Charles Carr gave us an outstanding service, every step of the way. Whether we needed an update, advice, an explanation, help or (sometimes even) a shoulder to cry on, they were there for us. Their communication is second to none and they kept us informed at all times with any info/updates they had for us. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful but a special mention must go to Louise, who looked after our sale and kept us laughing and smiling even at times of despair with our difficult buyers! Thank you so much, we wouldn't even consider using another agent any time in the future.

Review of Our Agent Samantha Storrar
From the very beginning when dealing with submitting our offer to the sellers, Samantha was helpful and professional. She always made sure to contact us straight away with any developments of our purchase and even went above and beyond her role when we were having issues with the legal side of our purchase. As first time buyers and having hear horror stories of the house buying process, we can honestly say that Samantha made our whole experience trouble-free and dare I say enjoyable. We would highly recommend her as an agent and should we ever decide to sell, she will be the first one we call to manage our sale. Thank you so much again Samantha for helping us achieve our dream first home!

Great service

Customer service from a beach
If it was not for Lloyd emailing and chasing solicitors whilst he was on holiday I would not be moving. Please come and see the house when we have finished.

Professional, Kind and down to earth
Due to work I'm always moving around so constantly looking for the right move for me, Anna helped make things better by taking into account I'm always travelling when it comes to work. Totally professional and down to earth. Helped me when it came to selecting the right place. By far the best local agent
I’ve had some great advice from jade and the Charles Carr team, they listen to what you want and actually call you with new properties. Great for a busy lady like myself.
