Thrilled so far!

We have been house hunting for what feels like forever and have viewed a couple of properties with Sam Storrar. We finally found “the one” and made a bid on it, however it was hugely popular. Sam kept us in the loop while bidding went on and we were so thrilled when she called to say our offer had been accepted! Gone 6pm so I am sure beyond the call of duty but she was diligent throughout. We are now in the throws of the purchasing procedure. All at Charles Carr that we have dealt with have been professional and approachable and always knowledgeable. Lauren French showed us around the house we are now purchasing and was wonderful, friendly, answered our questions and promised to call us on the Monday morning for feedback, which she did. If you email, they reply promptly. If you call they answer the phone and if you can’t speak to the person you need to, a message is passed and they do get back to you. In short I am not having to chase anyone, all seems to be progressing in a smooth and professional manner. I am really impressed and would definitely use them for future sales.
