Having just secured a property with Intercounty, I can hand on heart say they have been very responsive to all of my (many) emails; they are efficient, polite and knowledgeable. We are at the start of our house buying journey with Intercounty, so we can not yet comment on the entire process, however so far it has all been extremely positive. I hope that this continues over the next few months until completion! So far, would highly recommend :)
