In a difficult market we had issues with the chain, which looked beyond repair at one stage. The Intercounty team (namely Doug and Jack) managed to find us another buyer and purchase at the 11th hour and negotiated so that the deal worked for all. The process was then carefully brought to a close. We bought our house through intercounty and the process, even in the midst of a pandemic, only took two months.
