I contacted Intercounty agency to find a property for my family. I want to mark the customer oriented approach and high professionalism of the Intercounty team and especially Reece Knight. He was very supportive and offered tailored solutions for us. Everything was done promptly and in a timely manner.

We received excellent service from Charlie at Intercounty over the past few months since we embarked on our journey as first time buyers trying to find a house in Bishop's Stortford. He was always very kind, very quick to respond to our queries, attentive and understanding of our needs and concerns. He was never trying to push us into any purchases and gave us great advice and support in negotiating best deals. We never got the impression that he only served the vendors' interests - he clearly also had our best interest in focus and delivered on it very well.
