He was always very kind, very quick to respond to our queries, attentive and understanding of our needs and concerns. He was never trying to push us into any purchases and gave us great advice and support in negotiating best deals. We never got the impression that he only served the vendors' interests - he clearly also had our best interest in focus and delivered on it very well.
