I have dealt with Kristy mainly and she has been amazing consistently, communication is always timely, professional and Kristy is definitely very enthusiastic about the work she does. Thank you to Ryan who has been dealing with my request to view a property. I had some questions about whether the landlord would allow Guinea pigs, as the advert didn’t state whether pets were allowed or not, to which he took my details and got back to me within a few days after the bank holiday weekend and booked my partner and I a viewing slot for the next day, sending through details quickly. Ryan has been very helpful and polite and has a very good telephone manner, not like some estate agents who can be quite abrupt and disinterested.
