Good experience so far, working with Reece M and Ryan to find a place. No 5 stars yet as we haven't actually let from the company but the staff so far have been very helpful. Edit: we are now in the property, Ryan, Reece M and Sheli have been very helpful.

It was very nice to meet Ryan at Intercounty lettings team in Bishops Stortford. In his communication he's always polite and prompt. We've been impressed with his professionalism and how quickly he's dealt with our enquiries.

As a tenant, they have given a fantastic service. Especially during the Christmas period when most estate agents would be closed, they have bent over backwards to accommodate our needs.

We completed a sale with Intercounty just last week and have to say they were professional, friendly and "on it" from the beginning. Doug was a fantastic help and smoothed out last minute creases, always with a smile on his face! Thanks to the whole team for their help :) Giles & Emily
