Highly recommend Intercounty lettings. No holding deposit but they move fast enough once you make an offer. Though it has been a really busy time of the year, Sheli was excellent and we could see that she worked hard to ensure that our move date is kept as agreed. Thank you!

Updated review (still five stars). Selling a house is always challenging especially if you don’t do it often! Trying to find the right help is key. After some research and a shortlist of 3 local independents, we instructed Intercounty in Bishops Stortford to handle our sale. A true team effort with some evident heavy lifting from Olivia, Charlie and Harry. Houses, however well presented, don’t sell themselves and after a blizzard of viewings, the virtual ‘Sold STC’ board went up after just 9 days. Phase two of the journey kicked off with the valuation and homebuyers survey, which passed without incident, followed by the legal Q&As. We followed the progress of the sale on Intercounty’s My Move tracker with the enthusiastic Doug updating his useful bar chart. 42 days since the house went on the market, we exchanged.

Sheli, Jack, Harry at the Bishops Stortford branch of INTERCOUNTY have been amazing, great communication throughout the letting process and always work hard to chase things up and get it done! These guys are a credit to what is in my opinion the best agents in Bishops Stortford.
