I found his help extremely professional, very welcome and helpful after a not so good experience following the PPL website being hacked and weeks of literally no communication whatsoever. When Doug came on our case we actually had a person at the end of the phone to talk to who actually went away proactively and resolved issues that arose where he wasn't able to help immediately.
