Herbie was so lovely. Although I haven’t found my perfect home yet, Herbie showed me my first ever viewing on my new journey. He was incredibly professional, knowledgable and made the experience extremely chilled which is something I appreciate. He validated my feelings and wants - and went above and beyond to try to find my home for me. Should I see a property through Martins that I like, I hope to be matched with Herbie again.
