Had a viewing with Herbie today. He was on time and he was understanding I was running a bit late. I requested to view other properties too with the company and was flexible with the appointments. My only fèedback not towards him but in general, to clean up the properties a bit before showing. It looked like someone just moved out so no deep clean has been done yet. Its a bit more appealing to view a property cleaned and painted. But it wasnt the first property i viewed like this so maybe its just for the landlords to havr a faster turn around of tenants. But a clean, fresh painted, warm flat is much better to view. But thats just a general thought. Not a gripe as such
