I had a great experience with Herbie. The booking process was incredibly easy, I was contacted straight away, and the viewing was arranged within minutes. Herbie was kind, polite and very helpful throughout. Excellent customer service – highly recommend!

Martin & Co Birmingham Harborne – Highly Recommended I’ve been with Martin & Co Birmingham Harborne for over two years now, and once again they’ve delivered outstanding service. They recently found me a new tenant, and Jack did an excellent job under the leadership of Oscar. I’d also like to thank Herbie in sales — a truly awesome team. A special mention goes to Jay, the property manager, who has consistently looked after my property with honesty and professionalism. His guidance has helped me keep the property at an A-class standard, which is exactly why I continue to stay with this company. Thanks as well to Kelly for managing a very smooth tenant transition. Overall, the entire team operates like a well-oiled machine — efficient, reliable, and professional. I highly recommend Martin & Co Birmingham Harborne.

Jack showed us around a property- he was ready at our appointment time and did not rush, or push the property. he made it relaxed but ensured we were aware he was available for questions.
