Went for a properly viewing in Harborne, the staff named Herbie we met was punctual and welcoming, greeting us with a smile as he waited for our arrival. He showed us around every part of the property, answered all our questions honestly and thoroughly, and remained patient and attentive throughout the viewing.He is very professional in the way he provided his services.

Nathan Ballard was our single point of contact and dealt with our recent purchase right up to completion. He was truly excellent along the whole protracted process and was extra attentive to our needs throughout. He was happy to liaise with both sets of solicitors to keep things moving along and kept us 'in the loop' at all times. He responded to our many calls or emails immediately.
