I wanted to write this once I’d settled in the flat i am renting. My experience with John Shepherd- Birmingham has been nothing but a bliss. If i could give more than 5 stars i would! From viewing the property i dealt with both Megan and Lily Johnson and they were very professional, patient and understanding, I cant fault either of them. Communication was fast and any questions i had were dealt with in a timely manner. Having rented from other agencies which shall not be named, I will say that i was caught off guard as i was dreading the whole process due to bad experiences I’ve had in the past. I have been renting a flat with John Shepherd for the last two years and have had nothing but positive experiences. Any issues with the flat have been dealt with as soon as I've reported them and everyone I've spoken to has been professional and responsive, especially Lily and Charlotte who I have had the most contact with. Lily Johnson helped me find a tenant for my property even in the middle of a global pandemic and lockdown. She was professional and helpful without being too "pushy," and she used all the resources at her disposal to show my flat in its best light. All the housing resources are real and effective, with complete pictures and texts, and complete relevant key information. Especially, the video viewing during the epidemic makes people feel at ease. I would especially like to thank Lily and Megan, who have been very responsible since the inquiry, and responded to each email very quickly. All kinds of contract information were clear and painstaking, and the service was excellent.

Sadly I had to eft John shepherd due to relocating but the leaving process was very smooth with Debbie Lock who responded very quickly to provide me references and all the details for my end of tenancy - I knew what was expected from me and our communications was perfect.
