Just moved in and found a few minor issues and contacted Property Management Team. Spoken to Charlotte and I am very satisfied with the quick and professional service provided by her for the resolution of these issues. Megan showed me a few flats, and unlike most of agents, she never pushed her interests, she remained silent to let me do my evaluation, she agreed with flaws, she was punctual and polite. We've had a great experience with agents at John Shepherd. Drew was a pleasure to deal with in getting everything sorted with moving in and Charlotte Ford has been excellent managing everything since moving in. Any time I've had to contact her she's been super responsive and helpful. When the tenancy ended, Charlotte helped us to get everything wrapped up, and returned our deposit promptly, making the usual stress of moving that little bit easier. A great person to deal with.
