Had a great experience viewing an apartment with Maggie. She was polite, courteous, knowledgable of the area and actually sold the benefits of the property (as opposed to a lot of agents who just tell you what room you're standing in (I know I'm in the kitchen, thanks!). Update: Following a sprucing up of the property we decided to have JS find tenants for us too. Lily was looking after us and did a find job. With so much competition for apartments in the price bracket we were listing in, we thought it would be months before it was rented out. However, only a few weeks later it's now occupied at the price we adked. Thank you so much! Lily was courteous, efficient and did her best to get everything done.
