Emily showed me the property and her friendliness made all the difference seeing the place for the first time. It was then Lily and Megan who took it over from there and did a stellar job seeing me through the whole process. They were accessible and amicable at all times. They patiently answered all my questions, and I did have many given it was my first time renting a property in the UK. They accommodated all my needs and put all my concerns to rest. They made the process I dreaded painless and smooth. They are professional yet compassionate which is exactly what one needs entering the rent cycle for the first time in a country other than one's own. I am grateful for all three ladies and particularly sending gratitude out to Lily and Megan since I interacted with them the longest. They continue to answer my questions and address my concerns. John Shepherd has been managing our investment property for over seven years now during which time they have been professional and proactive both in terms of finding new tenants and managing the tenancies.

Megan showed me a few flats, and unlike most of agents, she never pushed her interests, she remained silent to let me do my evaluation, she agreed with flaws, she was punctual and polite. At the end, in the current structure of tenant-property owner-agent, the agent is on the side of the property owner, however, these people try their best to consider tenants as well. Really pleased with Gita Patel's service as my property manager. She has shown dedication in helping me to get my property up to standard before new tenants were to move in, especially as I am currently residing in Australia! Given the time difference, I have found Gita to be extremely responsive and she will often get back to me soon with any queries that I may have about my property. Team was very helpful with my early tenancy issues, special mention to Charlotte who helped me sort out a broken bed replacement and subsequent incorrect furniture replacement with a chaotic 3rd party supplier of furniture. Responsive to emails and phone calls, helpful with issues.

This was my first time using this estate agents and the whole process was very smooth and professional. Lily and Megan were helpful and even though I was sending emails with lots of questions, they made sure to answer to each one of them. Would definitely recommend.
