Spoken to Charlotte and I am very satisfied with the quick and professional service provided by her for the resolution of these issues. On 7 Oct 2020 Another 5 stars for Charlotte for getting the heating issue fixed quickly. Very professional and clear communication, thank you and keep up the good work you already do.

This was my first time using this estate agents and the whole process was very smooth and professional. Lily and Megan were helpful and even though I was sending emails with lots of questions, they made sure to answer to each one of them. Would definitely recommend.

She took over a complicated task, where the property was left in a mess. John Shepherd has been managing our investment property for over seven years now during which time they have been professional and proactive both in terms of finding new tenants and managing the tenancies.
