I rented a property with John Shepherd in Birmingham for 2 years. I received outstanding service from Gita, who was conscientious with helping out with any queries or concerns. She also helped me extensively with the move-out process, which I am grateful for. Despite a sometimes challenging landlord (not John Shepherds fault), Gita’s consistent hard work and efforts with me as a tenant made the rental experience much smoother. Highly recommended.

John Shepherd have been excellent since taking over the property management of our flat. Before them, the management was all over the place. Lily Johnson in particular has been outstanding - truly a breath of fresh air in the world of estate agents. She has been quick to respond and quick to action. Always friendly and reliable.
