Excellent photography Excellent service and very Friendly and Helpful
All round a great service in selling our top end property in Northam , we had used another local agent with no success and within a month we had a sale at very close to the asking price with Morris and Bott . Small team new Agency but very impressed with everything they did for us . We would use them again and have recomended them to everyone we know. Great photography made all the difference , the aerial shots with a drone were superb and internal shots were by far the best we have seen in Devon.

Outstanding service
Morris and Bott are the best agents we have used during many moves around the UK. They kept us informed at all times and the communication skill were first class. The stress of house moving made easy!
Adam, Tessa and Hannah, the Morris and Bott team, eased us through what is traditionally a very stressful time. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they were always there to answer our questions and offer advice. We felt that we arrived as clients and left as friends. They even popped in recently for a cup of coffee recently to see how we were doing!

Fantastic, friendly, professional and refreshing.
This estate agency truly deserves a 5* rating. From start to finish their service has been friendly and efficient and, unlike most estate agents, their commission is not their top priority. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone I know who is buying or selling.

Refreshingly professional and helpful, and attentive
A very responsive, considerate, knowledgeable and attentive team of professionals who engage with buyers and sellers helpfully and thoroughly. Whether a buyer or a seller, they display genuine interest in a customer's requirements that others, especially in other parts of England, sadly lack. A refreshing addition to residential estate agents and well worth dealing with!

Happy, Helpful, Friendly and Professional Agents
I found the staff at Morris and Bott very friendly and helpful from the minute I walked into their office. They had enthusiasm and nothing was too much trouble. My house was sold within a few weeks for very near the asking price. They were very good at sorting out any issues even after the house was sold. I would not hesitate to use them again should I ever need to.

Simply the Best
A new and refreshing approach to selling houses in North Devon. Professional and knowledgeable staff who work as a team and are pleasantly enthusiastic about selling houses. <br> The Bideford office is a lovely place to be and sets the standard for all other agents in the area. The most important quality of any estate agent when selling your home is communication and here the staff excelled, resulting in a smooth and relatively stress free sell. We would highly recommend this agent.
