As soon as they were on board we had several perspective buyers looking around the property. And sold within no time. Morris and bott are the best estate agent around bideford and we would recommend them if asked to anyone looking to sell a property. All the staff were excellent and we were helped with every step. The transitions went very smoothly ,communication was excellent, each week ellie who was dealing with our sale rang and keeper us up to date with progress.. All the staff are friendly and very approachable, and are only to willing to help in anyway they can.So if your looking for an estate agent look no further than MORRIS AND BOTT people that care about each individual .
