Awful agency. Just awful. No repairs were ever done, everything was blamed on us, tenants, when sink started leaking as it was not sealed with silicone, it was suggested that both of us (in the ripe age of mid 30s) don’t know how to use kitchen sink properly! Property managers would change constantly but the last one, Debi, omg…. Just beyond one sided (her answer to any questions etc at the end of tenancy was “you’ll need to pay” or when just commenting on quality of check in and check out inventory which were done years apart, her answer was “you signed it, you’ll pay”) rude and nasty. Not doing her job, not responding to emails for months, and then suggesting we should be thankful, when she was prompted by her colleague to respond to me with basic check out info, for doing her job (finally!!) Circus on wheels honestly…

We rented a property on Spruce Drive and had Kyisha as a property manager. These estate agents seem to purely care about who is giving them the most money - the landlord. Constantly implement good cop, bad cop strategies to make their second offer/ statement seem desirable. • Property Manager changed three times and wasn't alerted of Kyisha • Many issues when we moved in - boiler was broken, kitchen tap leaked, extractor fan fell out of ceiling, one of the plug sockets did not switch off, curtain rail was falling off, leak from the boiler (two separate occasions), roof leaked directly on to computer! (No apologies for any of this) • Accessed the property illegally without prior consent from us to fix an issue • Asked to go on a rolling contract (so this was easier whilst looking for other properties), refused and would only offer a 12 month contract (then last minute offered rolling when they knew we were leaving). Had to chase up for answers leaving us having to find a property last minute. • Tried to argue that I had not given notice of ending the contract (I emailed a month before the contract formally ended) • Work done on the house is of poor standard (e.g., kitchen floor is freezing as the cabinets haven't been fitted properly, roof leak was fixed then had started to crack again 4 months later) After check out • Accusing us of being sick on a Teddy bear in the cupboard ?! (this was there before we moved in) • Landlord accused us of 'botched jobs' even though these were done before moving in (we have photo evidence) • Landlord accused us of paint on the curtain rail, clearly done by contractors • Landlord accused us of splitting a tile, clearly done by contractors whilst fitting the plug socket? • Tried to charge us for an oven clean and carpet clean (even though this was not reported in the sign off) • STILL tying to charge us for a full house clean (for a leaf, a spider web and dust on one plug socket and one window frame) • This charge was brought down from £207 to £90, yet after we chased up for a reply it went back up to 207! Down to £75 as we are filed our own dispute claim! Now back up to 90?! • Property Manager was 'confused' by our request to file this as a dispute claim with tenancy deposit scheme (again, causing delays) Pros • Some of the issues present at move in were fixed quickly We have been moved out mid July and are still having to put up with this estates agents as they continually mess us around with late responses and changing of charges. They have put us under a huge amount of stress, financially and mentally. I've never had an issue with any previous rental properties.

If you can, by all means try to avoid this estate agents, they don't even deserve a star, very poor handling. This company should stop playing on the innocence of the customers. They are not honest in dealing with their clients /customers. I normally don't like to write a negative feedback on anyone, this could probably be my first negative feedback, so you can understand.
