I found Bannisters to be extremely helpful and efficient, letting my property within 3 days for the full market price. Stacey is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly and i wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anybody looking to let a property.

I've rented through TJ for the last couple of years and have been looked after by Sophie Moore. I have not had many good experiences with estate agents in the past but cannot speak highly enough of Sophie. She was very professional and friendly and really made an effort to resolve any problems I had in my time with them. As with most places a lot depends on who you get and I can't speak highly enough of Sophie. Overall for me a good experience with TJ.

Mary gets 5 stars. She is professional, courteous and honest and she will advise what she thinks best for a tenant rather than pandering to profit. As for the rest…… my initial experience with the agency was good but the most recent property managers have been worse than useless and left me in a property that even the police advised I was no longer safe in.

Good place to find propertys, one of the agencies with the most affordable and with good location in bicester. Very pleased with Mary O'Leary always very helpful and ready to help with every enquiry. I could not give a 5 star just because there is some issues we had and still have and just feel a little let down with the way things are being handled I understand the situation we are facing put some barriers along the ways for things to worked out but we cannot hide behind the same excuse all the time and would like to see issues resolved more quickly and efficiently.

Only one good experience with Sophie (?) aiding us to leave our contract early due to buying a house. Otherwise I wouldn’t recommend Alexander & Co or Bannisters as it was about a year ago. Poor communication & untimely from the get go, so much so we only really made contact by email so there was an evidence trail. Ended up taking 2/3 months to get our deposit back after a tenancy deposit scheme case was opened by ourselves which eventually got a reasonable response. We’ve dealt with 3 estate agents in 7 years and this is the worst experience we’ve had.

Tenants beware of this company. They have a lot of hidden fees, admin fee almost £300 per couple, renewal fee £60 and they make sure you are fixed in to renewing your contract, They will take your holding deposit and then refuse to allow you see a copy of of the AST or its terms and conditions. You have no idea what you are signing up to and once you have paid your admin fee and holding fee which amount to a lot of money, you are at their mercy! They have an arrogance that is unbelievable, and are spiteful if you query anything. Look also for check out fees £60, and the fact that you have to have the place professionally cleaned. They will deduct the £60 check out fee from your deposit which is not legal, as they do not own your deposit, you do. Everything is buried in the small print. Do not stand for this disgraceful practice and look elsewhere. Always ask for the fees list upfront and make sure you do not part with any money until you are in full possession of all the facts.

Rented with Alexander & Co for around 3 years. Had a horrible experience with them especially when trying to move out. Scammers that will try and rinse you for every penny.

My daughter rented a flat from this lot . Her first flat , terrible service especially when she wanted to move out . It’s time all estate agents need regulation. The end
