I am a Landlord and can not fault Bannisters. I base my opinion on the fact that I have previously used 3 other Oxfordshire and national estate agents, all of these other agents performed worse than Bannisters. I find the staff I am dealing with in the office are: Friendly Efficient Helpful Knowledgeable Honest The communications with the office staff is very good. The company offers a personal service, where they know you, your properties and your tenants. I recently had some challenges with a tenant and Bannisters Letting manager handled this very effectively, professionally (to both parties) and objective. I am in the process of moving all my rental properties to Bannisters.

I would like to thank Charlotte of the maintenance team for her prompt response in attending to a leak under the sink I discovered yesterday morning before I went off to work. I reported it and by the time I got home, the leak had been sorted. This was much appreciated!

we cannot fault bannisters, especially jane and luke, we were in a very difficult situation with the previous house we were in and they found us a bigger, better home quickly. our money situation was complicated and they managed again to deal with the situation efficiently and professionally making the process easy. any works needed in the new property were done and what could have been a stressful situation has turned into an easy one. we thank you for everything. and we are happy to say this new house is now a home.

Currently rent my flat through Bannisters and I can't fault them at all. Great customer service, really helpful and would definitely use them again and recommend!
