Ashtons - Berkhamsted

We had a very challenging sales process and we have finally exchanged about 7 months after the initial offer. Everyone at Ashtons has been extremely professional, friendly and supportive. Julie was consistently polite, cheerful, well organised and helpful. Nic was always available, positive and very pro-active. I would definitely recommend them.

Nic Simmonds at Ashton’s valued our house and we were impressed with his friendly, professional approach. Unlike other agents, he was both pragmatic and positive, which gave us confidence in both him and the wider team. Initially, Nic got us an offer off-market, as he knew buyers who he felt would love our house. Despite this sale falling through, Ashton’s got us to market within a week and subsequently secured a new sale within 10 days. The Berkhamsted sales team were reliable and lovely to deal with, too, but it was Nic who worked tirelessly with the buyers, agents and solicitors in our chain to secure our exchange. He handled the very painful and long process with an amiable calmness, which helped to ease our misgivings. We’d highly recommend Nic and the Ashtons team to other would-be sellers in the Berko area.

We’ve found Ashtons to be exceptional. Incredible team, who are always helpful and knowledgeable. Aleks Chambers (who has been helping us find our next home) is, quite simply, amazing. She is super friendly and she listens to everything we say. Aleks picks up on the little things that are important to us, and builds that into the search criteria of the homes that she shows us. Top Team - Amazing Aleks.

Aleks was brilliant, on time very friendly, very knowledgeable. Thank you

Julie was fantastic! Super reliable and professional. Would highly recommend the Ashton’s team.

Aleks from Ashtons showed us around a property in Potten End. She was very informative and professional. Thank you

Julie was a huge help getting my sale over the line a few years ago, we still keep in touch 4yrs later! I would definitely recommend Ashtons .

Alex was approachable, professional and helpful. Many thanks.

Recently went on a viewing with Aleks - whilst the house was not the one, she was excellent, so helpful & informative about the local area. Very impressed!

After discussing my frustrations with my previous agent with Alex Chambers at Ashtons, she gave a recommendation for me to discuss further with their Hitchin office. They then arranged a valuation for me and I am now going to place my property on the market with them in the new year.
