I would highly recommend Gilmore Estates Ltd to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent a property in the area. They are absolutely amazing

I've been a tenant for five and a half years supported by gilmores estates. I find them very helpful and approachable. They are a very friendly company that would go the extra mile to help with any issues. I would highly recommend gilmores to anyone who is looking to rent a property.

Always reassuring to know Lindsay is on the other end of the line to sort out any potential issues, She has always come through for sorting out maintenance issues and the recent communal waste problem now resolved. Thank you.

We have had a great experience with Gilmores and especially Lesley. Honestly nothing too big or small to ask and always ready to help!

Absolutely amazing service, Lindsey was so helpful and friendly. Got everything sorted for my so quickly. Really took the stress out of my move. Thank you so much.

We’ve had a fantastic experience from viewing to renting through Gilmore Estates. They are incredibly helpful, professional, and always fair to deal with. Whenever we’ve run into any maintenance issues or needed a repair, they’ve (specially Lindsey) sorted it out quickly. The team is very friendly and always listens. It’s a massive relief to have such a responsive and reliable agent.

I have been a private renter for nearly one and a half years now, with Gilmore Estates managing the property, and can definitely vouch for them. The staff at Gilmore Estates always behave professionally, with any queries and complaints being handled quickly and with great communication. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to rent! Simon Jackson (Gateshead)

I can definitely recommend Gilmore Estates. They are thoroughly professional, but also friendly and accommodating, with good response times.
