Ashtons - Berkhamsted

Julie has been fantastic from the first moment we met. She found our new home for us and helped us every step Of the way. Great service you can trust.

To date Ashtons have supported me on two “for sale” viewings. On both occasions they have created an exceptionally positive experience by their general approach, their knowledge of the property, the pre-work they did and their want of having a happy customer. Both colleagues from Ashtons were incredibly professional and a real pleasure to do business with! Thanks Ashtons & Team

We had a conversation with Alex, she listened to the brief and got it spot on. Also Alex was so knowledgeable and personable, such a positive viewing Thank you

Amazing experience, the staff are excellent with providing all the information you need and passing on numbers or emails for additional support with plumbing, gas and electricity!

excellent, very communicative, proactive and friendly

The team are friendly, helpful and down to earth with great knowledge in what they do.

We have had the pleasure of working with Gilmore estate agent on more than one occasion , and I can honestly say the experience has been nothing short of excellent. A few years ago we purchased our first home through them and were so impressed by their professionalism , knowledge and genuine care that when it came time to buy again , we had no hesitation in returning to them . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gilmore Estate to anyone looking to buy or sell a home .They truly go above and beyond.

Very helpful, patient and friendly staff.

It has been a pleasure and breathe of fresh air dealing with Julie Rogers from Ashtons at Berkhampsted. Julie was patient, honest, efficient, polite and professional. She would always get back to me promptly with any queries and follow up with everything in writing. The journey and experience of our purchase of a property in Ashley Green village has been great with Ashtons….! This is an up date on my review above 4 months ago…. We picked the keys up yesterday afternoon for our new home from Ashtons office. Big thank you to everyone at Ashtons Berkhamsted for helping to make this happen for us. Everyone is professional, helpful, courteous and friendly. We also used the conveyancing solicitor and surveyor recommended by Ashtons and they are all brilliant. The process went very smoothly! Who said buying a house is stressful…? Thank you Ashtons!! Edward Lam

Myself and my wife had a very positive experience with Ashtons in the sale of our property and purchase of the next. A long chain, coupled with some bumps out of everyones control meant this was a tough one, but Liam, Abbey, Julie and team handled it all with calm heads and professionalism at all times. I know there was a lot of work to get it over the line and we're very grateful for the huge effort. Ashtons have set a bar for me for how an estate agent should handle themselves and their relationships. Good work.
