Ashtons - Berkhamsted

Nic Simmonds at Ashton’s valued our house and we were impressed with his friendly, professional approach. Unlike other agents, he was both pragmatic and positive, which gave us confidence in both him and the wider team. Initially, Nic got us an offer off-market, as he knew buyers who he felt would love our house. Despite this sale falling through, Ashton’s got us to market within a week and subsequently secured a new sale within 10 days. The Berkhamsted sales team were reliable and lovely to deal with, too, but it was Nic who worked tirelessly with the buyers, agents and solicitors in our chain to secure our exchange. He handled the very painful and long process with an amiable calmness, which helped to ease our misgivings. We’d highly recommend Nic and the Ashtons team to other would-be sellers in the Berko area.
