Ashtons supported us with purchasing our first family home in Berkhamsted. They were all lovely, in particular Julie, who went above and beyond. Great agents and would highly recommend.

Liam Partridge who leads the Berkhamsted office is an excellent agent. Look no further for your trusted property adviser. Working with Liam over a long and complex deal structure, he was professional and communicative throughout. It's impossible to control the buying and selling process completely, but it was made much easier working with a Liam who was able to communicate the market dynamics with excellent clarity, give honest, balanced advice in a proactive manner. Liam manages his team very well and everyone he delegated to seemingly worked to the same high standards and were helpful and proactive. Couldn't ask for much more from the team. Thanks Ashtons!

Ours has been a frustratingly, lengthy sale and the guys at Ashtons were great at managing a path between us all to ensure that we got there in the end. Jules in particular, was really helpful although everyone we spoke with was very professional. I can't say that we will be moving again anytime soon but I would certainly use their services again.

I recently used Ashtons to sell my parents home and could not fault them. Jannette was so kind and considerate from the start and showed empathy to the situation. The ladies I dealt with in the office (two Abbeys) were also so so kind as was Jules the super competent sales coordinator. At a very tricky and emotional time they all made a situation go smoothly and efficiently for all parties. I cannot recommend Ashtons highly enough.

Ashtons were acting for the seller when we bought our first house and we found them immensely helpful throughout. The team were excellent at guiding us through the process and very responsive to our plentiful queries. All of our questions were always answered promptly and we were incredibly grateful for support and patience shown to us when the initial sale on our property fell through. Jules’ calm words and good humour were also hugely appreciated during the final (rather stressful) dealings with the solicitors. The wonderful bunch of flowers on completion day was also an very nice touch. Needing to be proceed-able to enable a reservation to be placed on a house and development we had been hoping to move to for some time I was recommended to use the services of ‘Tracy Gilmore / Gilmore Estates’ to market our house. From making the initial phone call to Tracy, our house was marketed, viewed and sale agreed upon within 7 days enabling us to place our reservation on our new home. Tracy and her assistant Lesley did a fantastic job, marketing the property, keeping us updated with the progress of the sale and also liaised with the builder to help arrange our reservation.
