Had great experience buying a house in Berkhamsted with Ashtons. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Most importantly they didn't try to up-sell us on anything and were up front and honest with us about potential problems with the house.

Couldn't recommend highly enough, they are extremely professional and detail oriented. They were able to secure multiple offers on our property in a short period and help us decide the best buyer to accept. Their post sales team is also very helpful in getting the sale pushed along and keeping us up to date. Great job.

After horrendous experiences with other agents (including our own when we sold our flat in London), the team at Ashtons have been helpful, polite, responsive and with a very good attitude. Firstly I must say that we invited Gilmores to be the first of a number of agents to value our home. We wanted to choose the agent who best represented value for money as well as professionalism and efficiency. We were so impressed with what we heard, we went ahead immediately and cancelled the other agents! The care taken to photograph/video helped to reassure that we’d made the correct decision.
