We have nothing but praise for Julie in the Berkhamsted office and Jules & Louise from sales progression. All of our questions were always answered promptly and we were incredibly grateful for support and patience shown to us when the initial sale on our property fell through. Jules’ calm words and good humour were also hugely appreciated during the final (rather stressful) dealings with the solicitors. The wonderful bunch of flowers on completion day was also an very nice touch.
