Ashton's help us renting our current flat. They were helpful and professional and our agent, Nicola, was reassuring and always returned our calls and replied to our emails promptly. I think they could be a bit more proactive with their communication when it comes to explaining the reasons for the delays signing the contract as we had to be the ones calling to get updates on how things were progressing but overall all the process was smooth enough and we are now happily settled in our new home.

I have over 20yrs experience in estate agency, i used them to sell my home in Berkhamsted! DO NOT USE.

Rude and have no enthusiasm. Enquired about a property just to be given a 1 liner to kill the conversion. Clearly couldn't be bothered to qualify or engage with a customer today.

I hope no one else has to live next door to a property managed by Ashton's. Total disregard for covid rules and noise. Utterly miserable year living next to disrespectful tenants and no support from Ashton's. Think carefully before picking your agent. No surprise that there's not a single Ashton's board in our village, people talk!

Always thought Ashtons was the best of Estate agents !! As have been with a few .. but their choice of landlord is not acceptable, they should only take on properties that are fully checked and have EICR certificates ???? Well I can assure you mine has not !! It was all done privately by the landlord and his friends !! After having electricians around to fix the completely live back splash in the kitchen and the metal light switches around the house !! And the bare wires hanging out of an old socket in my 8 year olds bedroom AND the normal extension cable drilled through the ceiling of the BATHROOM!! you question what checks where Put in place if any ?? Now all I ask is him to fix a dishwasher with nothing for 3 months !!!!! Ashtons has gone right to the bottom for me I have never had this level of non existent response and failure to do anything about anything!!!!!

Enquiried re land department 9.20am Friday. Didn’t get a call back that day as promised. Found another agent who actually wanted my business and could handle it.. they should be more proactive in calling back clients. Of course I’m sure they will make an excuse but it’s really not excusable.
