Ashtons - Berkhamsted

I am delighted with Gilmore Estates. My property was put on the market with excellent photos and video. I had six viewings immediately and my buyer was the first!

If you are looking for a property to rent or sell, then this company is the one for you. They are professional and knowledgeable about their field, and they have an excellent service that makes it very easy to find what you're looking for. From first contact to finalizing a deal, this company was great to work with and I would recommend them without hesitation

I was a first time buyer and the staff at Gilmores were very helpful, friendly and explained everything in detail. I rang to arrange a viewing and explained the long shifts I do at work, Tracey fitted in a viewing that afternoon. Tracey and the staff kept me up to date with the process of the sale. I’m one very happy first time buyer. Would highly recommend thank you!

A trouble-free property purchase :-) The team at Gilmore Estates provided a great service, answering questions and liaising with the seller, which kept things moving along quickly. That and a great service from solicitors Hewitson & Harker via the Convey With Me hub made the property purchase a relatively stress-free experience.

Sale was handled sympathetically and professionally during a difficult time.

First class and professional Estate Agents who work with you as a family instead of being a number or a hard sell. All enquiries we made were promptly answered and we would recommend the Company without hesitation.

Overall they have a been a big help in both the selling and buying process. As someone who had no knowledge of the procedure I feel like I’ve been supported throughout.

Very difficult to put into words the amazing work by Gilmore’s, I am sure that over the past months I will have spoken to all members of the team. All were excellent, from the cost throughout the whole process I cannot fault them. I highly recommend this estate agency for both value for money and efficiency. Thank you all, we love our new home. ❤️

Great service, support and knowledge. Easy to deal with and very reliable.

Thank you so much Tracy and team for helping me through the purchase of my recent property in Greenside. Very efficient and very friendly indeed! I am definitely looking forward to do more business with you soon. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 …
