Absolutely wonderful experience as first time renters, friendly staff who were really helpful at explaining everything for us without talking down to us. We went back for a few viewings to measure everything and it was no bother to them at all!

I had a really great experience with Gilmore Estates. They were friendly and professional, and I love the house they found for me. Would absolutely recommend.

The team at Gilmore Estates were friendly, professional and helpful throughout the process of purchasing of our new house. Excellent all the way through, from flexibility with viewings, to liaising with the sellers whenever issues arose to keeping things moving along. Also very helpful in providing details of local contractors to help us with some small jobs. We love our new home and would highly recommend Gilmore Estates to anyone looking to buy.
We cannot recommend Ashtons enough, especially Abbey who has been our main point of contact throughout our sales process and also been very helpful with us securing our new home with another estate agent. Fantastic communication and friendliness throughout, couldn't be more pleased.

Our dealing with the Berkhamsted office, with Julie being our main point of contact was always handled well and we very happy with the communication and service provided. Once our sale was underway, we were passed over to another office to proceed to exchange and completion, here the communication was very heavily email orientated which we felt was not the best method of communication when dealing with issues in the chain. With that said, We would use Ashton again in the future. Thanks for all your hard work.
